In case your are not a patient with us yet:

If it is your first appointment, we will need more time. Therefore please choose "Erstvorstellung" (which means first introduction).
Please also mention in the commentary, if a pregnancy test was postive.


In case you are not insured (health insurance) in Austria (you don´t have an Austrian e-Card):

There are different possibilities, in what services we can povide.


  1. I work in Austria, but I don´t live in Austria:

    I have an Austrian eCard and therefore I receive the same services as somebody you lives and works in Austria.

  2. I live in Austria, but I don´t work in Austria:

    Basically, you have a health inssurance in the state where you work. There is a possibilty to get an additional health insurance in the state where you live. If you like so you have to submit an application at the insurance in the state where you work.

    Then you will get an Austrian eCard and will receive the same services as somebody you lives and works in Austria.
    If you don´t applicate, you only will get emergency care (see bullet point 3)

  3. I don´t live in Austria and I don´t work in Austria:

    If you have got an European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), we only can bill directly bill emergency care.
    For all other services we and our laboratories have to create a private invoice.
    Some of the labs services can be very expensive.
    How much you will get back from your health insurance depends and you have to clarify it indivudually.
